From September to June, we have a two night minimum stay with a three night minimum for bank holiday weekends.
Weekend bookings start on a Friday.
During July and August, we take weekly bookings starting on a Friday.

*Our weekend rate (Friday & Saturday night) from mid Sept to mid May includes a late checkout on Sunday (except bank holidays and school holidays).

Each booking carries an £80 cleaning charge
Weekly prices are for 2 guests. Additional guests are £10 per night.
We accept one well-behaved dog at a charge of £50 per stay.
Each booking incurs a £200 refundable security deposit. Overseas visitors are advised to pay this via PayPal. If we need to return a deposit to an overseas bank, this will incur an additional cost of £10.
Guests may arrive after 4.00pm on the day of arrival and we ask that you leave before 10.00am on the day of departure.
A 20% deposit is taken at time of booking. The balance is payable via Bank transfer two months before arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY (Updated for 2021)
The booking deposit is forfeited if the booking is cancelled any time after confirmation.
25% of the accommodation cost is payable if the booking is cancelled between 60 and 30 days before occupancy.
50% is due if the booking is cancelled between 30 and 14 days.
100% is payable if cancellation is less than 14 days before the tenancy is due to begin.
However, we will be pleased to offer you a full refund at any time if we are able to re-let your dates.
Should the Government ban self catering stays due to Covid-19, we will transfer your non-refundable deposit to alternative dates in 2022 and will refund the balance.
